About
James is Executive Athletic Director of Monarch Crowns Sports Academy, a premier program training student-athletes for success. A former University of Idaho basketball player, he competed in multiple sports since childhood, earning awards and championships throughout his athletic and coaching career.
James brings excellence, structure, and integrity to the program, with a philosophy rooted in discipline, accountability, and a team-first mentality. He believes the “unseen grind”—work done without recognition—separates good from great.
Through Monarch Crowns, James builds a culture where athletes don’t just play—they rise together.
