The idea for Monarch Crowns was born out of a shared desire within the leadership team to create something different—a program that doesn’t just train athletes but helps shape them into well-rounded individuals. The leadership team drew inspiration from their combined experiences, including watching their own children and the children of friends grow through sports, witnessing firsthand how athletics builds character, resilience, and strength.

This collective vision was also deeply influenced by the experiences of former teammates, coaches, and families within their community. Their personal connection to the world of youth sports gave them a unique perspective on what was missing in many programs: a focus not only on competition, but on developing leaders and individuals who would thrive in life.

Drawing on diverse expertise across athletics, training, coaching, recruitment, and strength and conditioning, our team is driven by a shared passion for building a supportive and empowering environment. With a solid foundation in strategy, operations, branding, mentorship, healthcare, technology, as well as social media and marketing strategy, our leaders unite their unique strengths to shape a dynamic and forward-thinking program.
